I think, this sentence can help some members to understand better, that we aim a culture were no explicit moderators are required.

Also, it might help newcommers & shy persons (like me) to feel more empowered to moderate others (and not just wait for the “mods” to come by & help).

I did not add Missing Stair as it is already linked in the second one and it is only one of the concepts, which are problematic & might happen to this community.

Feel free to reject if you think that should not be added or in a hugely different way.
