is there a certain aspect, where servers might misbehave, you had in mind? (e.g. server-server federation / client-server communication / …)

IMO such general issue description is not that helpful because (at least I hope so) writers of spec documents are already aware of that and define what should be done, but they still miss certain aspects, where they miss to define that clearly.
