mxid would instead be referenced by the profile room, so the mxid can change without issue, and the join / member event of the chat room would refer to an alias of the profile room

this could also in theory allow you to use multiple accounts at the same time

so like, you can create a backup account beforehand, so when you need to switch over, your other account is already ready to go
and you'll retroactively always have had permission, since permissions are tied to the user room and not any individual account

since the room would still reference mxids, if a room references a homeserver that is banned, that user will not be allowed
